Massimo Hotel - Adults Only 'Ex La Boutique Hotels' - Antalya

Room was nice, but the airport transfer didn't show up.

I liked its location, restaurant and room.

Staff should be educated more. They were likely unaware about the hotel and its facilities.

Excellent position was an added bonus. The airport was 15 km away. The rooms were extremely spacious and stylish with quaint balcony overlooking the blue waters and the bathroom plus the smallest single beds, that's all we needed....  

Recommend for a quick weekend visit

Comfortable room, friendly staff, and a fine view make this hotel a great choice for a weekend getaway, with easy access to a private beach just a short walk away and a good rooftop pool that added to the relaxing atmosphere ....  

I had a junior suite, great room, awesome view of the Mediterranean and Jacuzzi tub

Location, beautiful scenery, sea, mountain, tasteful design of the hotel, personal and friendly service by the staff, good food.

Small, but important thing for us was lacking of good reading lighting in the room. It could be added on the bed tables easily without ruining the room beautiful design. By the way my hometown is Kauniainen, not Kainiainen.

The breakfasts were an absolute delight, with creamy yogurts that seemed like a trip to flavor town. They also had wonderful views from the room!

The amenities were a bit of a letdown. The pool was closed, and while the spa looked posh, it was seriously overpriced.

Nice restaurant with great view. Nice breakfast.

No internet, would not have booked this hotel if I would have known it in advance. Staff could not solve problem. Information on Booked.net not correct. No or very weak signal in the room. Mainly friendly staff but some staff members are not interested. Manager (?) eating chewing gum like a teenager, would expect something different in this hotel. Had to ask for new shampoo etc. on second day.

Excellent place to spent several days of your vacations. Located in lovely corner of Antalya with beatiful sunsets and wonderful nature. Many place where to go: restaurants, shopping, relax and walk.

Hotel staff is very polite but not professional for such high standard hotel. For example, they checked our bags at reception on the matter if we brought some food or drinks to the room; they checked which towels we take outside going to the beach.

Location, cleanliness, friendly staff and luxury

The cleaning staff did not clean the room daily. We had to call to get it cleaned.

I woudl have given a glowing review if I hadn't experienced horrible spasm seizures from the stress of the stale cigarette smell in my room. The pool area was unbelievably disheveled, with no one caring to assist. After feeling so neglected, I really expected a complimentary upgrade-Hellooo? This is ridiculous.

-no private beach (wrong info at Booked.net site), you need to walk 500meters -room was not ready at 15:30 (waited for 30minutes) -minibar is very expensive
